Herb ca. 2 m high. Leaves with sheath, lower grayish green, pubescent, upper dark green, glabrous. Inflorescence pubescent; bracts dark red, pubescent; peduncle dark red pubescent; bracteole dark red, pubescent; pedicel sessile. Flowers ca. 20 m. Petals tube white with pink at apex and margin near apex; labellum white. Stamens petaloid, white; anther yellow. Style white; stigma yellow. |
