กล้วยไม้ดิน สูง 15-20 ซม. ใบ รูปรีแกมรูปหอก กว้าง 1-3.5 ซม. ยาว 2.5-7.5 ซม. ปลายใบแหลม ไม่มีก้านใบ มีใบประดับรูปร่างคล้าย ใบขนาดเล็ก ดอก ออกเป็นช่อที่ปลายยอด แทงจากซอกใบประดับ ดอกบาน เต็มที่กว้าง 2-3 ซม. กลีบเลี้ยงและกลีบดอกสีขาว กลีบปากรูปรี ถึงเกือบกลม สีม่วงถึงม่วงอมชมพู มีแต้มสีขาวและ ลายเส้นสีม่วงพาดตามยาว
Terrestrial orchids, stem 15 - 20 cm long. Leaves spirally arranged, lanceolate-elliptic, 5.5 - 7.5 cm long, 2 - 3 cm wide, apex acute, with leaf-sheath. Inflorescence terminal; floral bracts leaf-like. Flowers 2 - 3 cm across, sepals and petals white, lip sub-orbicular, pinkish-purple to purple with yellow patch at the base.
พบตามป่าดิบชื้นเกือบทุกภาคของไทย ยกเว้นภาคใต้ ออกดอกช่วงเดือน กรกฎาคม-กันยายน. การกระจายพันธุ์: จีนตอนใต้ และพม่า
Evergreen forest throughout Thailand, except southern Thailand; Flowering in July - September. Distribution: South China and Myanmar.
