หัวกลม ขนาดประมาร 2-3 ซม. ภายในมีสีเหลือง เหง้าสั้นมาก ส่วนเหนือดิน สูง 30-40 ซม.ใบ ใบรูปใบหอก ผิวใบเกลี้ยงทั้งสองด้าน ใบสีเขียวอาจพบเส้นกลางใบมีสีม่วง ฐานใบรูปลิ่ม ปลายใบแหลม ขนาด 21 x 3 ซม. ก้านใบยาว 5- 7 ซม. ผิวเกลี้ยง ช่อดอกออกกลางกลุ่มใบ ก้านช่อยาว 5-10 ซม. ช่อขนาด 6 x 3 ซม. มีรูปร่างรีหรือรูปรีแกมขอบขนาน ผิวเกลี้ยง ใบประดับ รูปไข่กลับ ปลายมน สีเขียวแต้มขาว อาจพบสีขาวตามขอบหรือบริเวณกลางแผ่น ใบประดับส่วนยอด มีขนาดเล็ก สีขาวเรื่อเขียว กลีบดอกสีเหลืองอ่อน สเตมิโนดสีเหลือง รูปขอบขนาน ปลายจักฟันเลื่อยถี่ มีขนเล็กน้อยบริเวณฐาน กลีบปาก ปลายแยกลึกเกือบถึงฐานเป็น 2 พู พูรูปขอบขนาน ปลายมนหรือตัด หยักเป็นคลื่นไม่สม่ำเสมอ มีสีเหลืองอมเขียว ครึ่งล่างมีเส้นสีแดง อับเรณู ไม่มีเดือย มีขนยาวใกล้ฐาน รังไข่ ยาว 3.0 มม. ผิวเกลี้ยง ผล ค่อนข้างกลม ขนาดเส้นผ่านศูนย์กลางประมาณ 1 ซม.

Head round, 2-3 cm, yellow inside, very short rhizome, stem above ground = 30-40 cm, leaf: lanceolate, smooth on both sides, green and mid rib may be purple, cuneate, acuminate, size 21x3 cm, petiole 5-7 cm, glabrous, Inflorescence: emerge from center of bunch of leaves, length 6x3 cm, stalk 5-10 cm, oval shape or oblong, glabrous, bract obovate, tip obtuse, green with white dots, may see white at edge or in the middle, the top bract small, whitish-green, petals pale yellow, staminode yellow, oblong, tip serrulated, some hairs at base. Lip splits almost to the base into 2 lobes, lobe oblongs, tip obtuse, sinuate, yellowish-green, lower part with red line, anther without spur, with long hairs near base, ovary length 3 mm, smooth surface. Fruit: more or less round, diam 1 cm.

พบในจังหวัดอุบลราชธานี ชอบขึ้นในป่าโปร่ง ดินชื้น ออกดอกตั้งแต่เดือน พฤษภาคม-ตุลาคม ต่างประเทศพบในประเทศลาวและเวียดนาม

Found in Ubon Ratchathani, sparse forest, moist soil, flowering from May - October. also found in Laos and Vietnam
