Mostly shaded, disturbed, very rugged limestone terrain; mixed evergreen tuber s covered by soil, deep brown outside, pale light yellowish inside, 6.5-12 cm wide, 4.5-9.5 cm high; scapes mottled light green & grey-green; later more dark grey+ dark olive-green, 42-76 cm long; spathe light green, becoming pale light green outside, light green inside and becoming yellow-green; spadix; sterile tip inflated, cream, turning light brown; connective maroon, locules cream; stigmas/style pake light yellow; ovaries dark maroon; leafless. |
