Evergreen vine; stems dull green; male & female inflorescence axes light green, often with pale light pinkish; female bracts, sepals, petals, style light green; stigmas inflated, light green, with 3 orangish streaks dorsally; male sepals, light green; petals pale light yellow; anthers cream, filaments reddish-orangish; capsules green with irritating indumentum, plant lacking sap; leaf blades dark green above, light green below. |
